The service
LevelApp helps you manage professional Instagram, Facebook, and Telegram accounts — including automatic replies, a unified inbox, comment management, content scheduling, and analytics — through the official platform APIs.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- You must own or be authorized to manage any social account you connect.
- You must comply with the platform policies of Meta/Instagram, Facebook, and Telegram.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use LevelApp for spam, harassment, deceptive practices, or any activity that violates applicable laws or the terms of the connected platforms. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Subscriptions
Paid plans grant access to features according to the plan you purchase. Feature availability may depend on your active subscription.
Data
Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your data at any time as described on the Data Deletion page.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LevelApp is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including changes made by the connected platforms.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
