• Account information — your name, email address and/or phone number when you create a LevelApp account.
• Data from Meta/Instagram (only with your explicit consent) — when you connect an Instagram professional account through the official Instagram Graph API, we access your profile details, media, comments, direct messages, and account insights, strictly to provide the features you enable (auto-reply, inbox, comment management, scheduling, and analytics).
• Access tokens — the OAuth access token issued by Meta/Instagram, stored securely and used only to call the API on your behalf.
• Usage data — basic technical information (such as page visits) used to operate and improve the service.

How we use your information

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your personal data.

• To operate the features you activate (automatic replies to messages and comments, unified inbox, scheduling, and analytics).
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To respond to your support requests and send service-related notifications.

Meta / Instagram Platform data

Our access to and use of data obtained through Meta platforms (Instagram and Facebook) complies with the Meta Platform Terms and the Meta Developer Policies. Specifically:

• We use Platform Data only to provide and improve the features you have activated.
• We do not sell Platform Data, and we do not share or transfer it to data brokers, ad networks, or monetization platforms.
• We do not use Platform Data to build user profiles for advertising or to make eligibility decisions.
• We retain Platform Data only for as long as it is needed to provide the service, and we delete it when you disconnect the account or request deletion.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with infrastructure providers that help us run the service (for example hosting, email delivery, and SMS delivery), acting as our processors under confidentiality obligations, and with Meta/Instagram as required to operate the integration you authorized. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you disconnect an Instagram account, its access token is deleted immediately and we stop accessing that account. You can request full deletion of your account and all associated data at any time — see our Data Deletion page or email us.

Security

We protect your information using industry-standard measures, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and secure storage of access tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.

Your rights
